Full Stack Developer for Decentralized Finance Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Engineer to join our Web3 Wallet team. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in designing microservice architectures that support a secure, scalable, and self-custodial wallet solution for the next generation of decentralized finance users.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing Java Spring microservice applications with robust architecture, owning end-to-end system design and architectural decisions in collaboration with project managers and leads, coordinating across technical teams to ensure smooth project lifecycle execution, translating business needs into scalable, compliant, and secure backend systems, conducting architecture reviews, identifying system risks, and proposing mitigation strategies, as well as mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior developers.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years of software development experience with proven backend system architecture ownership
- Deep expertise in Java Spring microservices
- Experience working on high-concurrency, high-availability systems
- Strong communication skills capable of bridging technical and non-technical discussions
- Ability to thrive in hybrid or remote settings, working autonomously and collaboratively
