  • Provide technical support for anchor testing, including job-site attendance and testing product performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding anchor performance and provide necessary results on specified forms.
  • Prepare test reports and ensure all records are properly filed in accordance with quality requirements.
  • Organize and maintain equipment, minimizing loss due to damage or unwarranted expenditure.
  • Ensure instruments are sent to authorized laboratories for calibration and certification when due.
  • Support contractors in complying submittals in construction management, such as shop drawings, material data, samples, and product data required for architects and engineers prior to inclusion in projects.
  • Plan your time and schedule efficiently to meet routine test and service requests from customers, architects, consulting engineers, and government agencies.
