Global Supply Chain Excellence Senior Manager Transformation Lead

We are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate as a Global Supply Chain Excellence Senior Manager, who will be the critical point of contact in terms of ensuring smooth and efficient upstream supply chain processes and demand excellence work flow, in line with Asia manufacturing expansion plans and/or footprints.
About the Role:- Work with cross functional supply chain teams to drive end to end optimal Supply Chain Process Excellence in order to support business and operations expansion and growth plans
- Spearhead continuous process improvements across both upstream and downstream Supply Chain initiatives, not limited to Demand/Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Order Fulfilment as well as Warehousing & Distribution activities etc
- Actively collaborate with Asia and Global sites to ensure optimal demand forecast and supply balance management, including that of managing inventory and safety stock levels within Asia by means of introducing effective replenishment planning processes etc. to ensure on time delivery to retail stores and assigned customers
- Strategize supply allocation management to deliver cost synergies and related optimization to support Supply Chain Transformation
- Conceptualize & drive other Supply Chain programs to streamline or ensure smooth and optimized workflow for manufacturing sites globally etc.
Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in end-to-end Supply Chain or related International Business Management experiences in a complex Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment.
You should also possess a proven track record in acquired solution-oriented mind set to deal with complex and matrix organizational framework, excellent hands-on experience and knowledge in driving Supply Chain KPIs such as OTIF, lead time, inventory, cost-savings etc, and excellent interpersonal communication skills to relay and/or drive process improvements across a global organization to important stakeholders.
A good understanding of SAP and equivalent ERP system is highly preferred.
What We Offer:As a Global Supply Chain Excellence Senior Manager, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of SGD $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
