Job Summary

A Sales Associate is sought to provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain a well-organized store environment.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing customers with product information and demonstrating product features to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Guiding customers through the sales process and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment by stocking shelves, dusting, and cleaning periodically, and ensuring all items are properly displayed.
  • Handling refunds, exchanges, and associated paperwork efficiently and accurately.
  • Balancing cash registers at the end of each shift and ensuring sufficient cash change is available for the next shift.
  • Placing new stock on shelves appropriately and maintaining an organized stockroom.
  • Creating visually appealing store and window displays for products on promotion.
  • Communicating any discrepancies or issues to your supervisor promptly.
  • Taking and resolving customer complaints, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Performing other duties as delegated by your supervisor.

Please note that this role requires flexibility, including working six days a week and varying shifts, including early mornings and late evenings.
