Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer support associate to join our team. As a customer support associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Check stocks from showroom inventory and update information accordingly
  • Follow up with customers on their enquiries and ensure that all orders are processed smoothly
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and installers for order updates and ensure timely delivery
  • Update and maintain customer order information in the company's system
  • Ensure timely processing of company billings to facilitate smooth accounts receivable
  • Perform other adhoc administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service and coordination/project management skills
  • Able to work independently and detail-oriented person
  • Fast and efficient person
  • Sales experience is an added advantage
