About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to manage orders and requests from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to corporate customers, managing their orders and requests in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Manage and process orders from receipt to completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including requests for quotations, service support, and documentation.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare and submit accurate quotations to customers in a timely manner and maintain precise records of spare parts price lists tailored for customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with customers, forwarders, and internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely shipment execution.
