We are seeking a highly skilled Family Life Educator to join our team. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in delivering impactful Family Life Education programs that make a meaningful difference in the lives of families.

Key Responsibilities

">

  • Develop and deliver engaging Family Life Education programs, including talks, workshops, and coaching sessions.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and adapt program curricula.

  • Partner with stakeholders to address their specific needs and concerns.

  • Support and expand outreach efforts in the community.

  • Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.

Working Conditions

  • A 5-day workweek with occasional evening or weekend shifts for program delivery (time off will be provided).

  • Ongoing training and supervision provided for marriage and parenting programs.

  • Location: Toa Payoh/Jalan Basar region.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

">

  • Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or related fields.

  • Proficient in English.

  • Experience in facilitating talks, workshops, or small group sessions.

  • Experience in coaching or counseling.

Bonus Skills

">

  • Familiarity with Triple P, Signposts, or Purposeful Play.

  • Accreditation in PE, MPP, PREP, PEMEP, or similar programs.

  • Confidence in using digital tools for online training.

  • Willingness to grow through curriculum development and ongoing learning.

  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil.
