Job Title: Clinical Support Director - Electrophysiology

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our clinical support team in electrophysiology. As a Clinical Support Director, you will oversee and plan the clinical support strategy for our EP catheterization labs and designated hospitals or territories.

You will be responsible for promoting Electrophysiology products, technology & solutions amongst current and potential customers. This includes close collaboration with regional Marketing & Professional education on CME programs for end-users.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong capability building with team members, and good business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and plan clinical support strategy for EP catheterization labs and designated hospitals or territories
  • Promote Electrophysiology products, technology & solutions amongst current and potential customers
  • Collaborate with regional Marketing & Professional education on CME programs for end-users
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical support or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
