About the Role

The Aviation Industry Division at Careers@Gov is seeking a highly skilled professional to accelerate the development and transformation of Singapore's air transport sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting industry-relevant initiatives to build a vibrant and sustainable aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer incentive schemes under the Aviation Development Fund (ADF), ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and grant policies.
  • Review and verify claims, disbursing funds in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide expert advice to project managers on governance, policies, and procedures related to grant administration.
  • Support periodic audits by CAAS Internal Audit and external auditors.
  • Collaborate with other CAAS divisions and industry stakeholders to manage innovation and capability development projects.
Requirements
  • Strong foundation in accountancy, business, finance, economics, or other relevant disciplines.
  • 2-3 years of related experience in grant administration, audit, and compliance.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to see the big picture.
  • Resourceful, versatile, and a good team player.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills.
What We Offer

Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, with the possibility of being considered for permanent tenure in subsequent renewals.
