Seeking a skilled Windows System Administrator to oversee and maintain enterprise Windows infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows Server environments while ensuring security, performance, and high availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Windows Server Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019 environments.
  • Active Directory & Group Policy Management: Manage AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP and LDAP configurations.
  • Virtualization Management: Maintain and optimize VMware ESXi, vSphere, or Hyper-V environments.
  • Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Patch Management & Security: Implement security updates, system hardening and compliance standards.
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery: Configure and manage backup and recovery solutions.
  • Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation tasks.
  • Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure: Support Azure/AWS environments for hybrid cloud operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.
  • Strong expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies.
  • Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, vSphere, or Hyper-V.
  • Experience with patching, security updates, and system hardening.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, Firewalls, Load Balancers).
  • Exposure to cloud computing (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with IIS, SCCM, SCOM and enterprise monitoring tools.
