Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to work with one of our largest clients on a learning transformation project. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver business strategy related to people management.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting the client in their transformation journey, analyzing learning needs, and redesigning learning processes to ensure alignment with objectives and improve efficiency. You will also work to improve the effectiveness of learning programs to achieve desired business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting client in their transformation journey with learning transformation efforts
  • Perform analyses of learning needs and redesign learning processes to ensure alignment with learning objectives and improve efficiency of resources used towards learning efforts
  • Improve the effectiveness of learning programs to more effectively achieve desired business outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, you must have a degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources Management or a relevant discipline. Certificates in ACTA/ACLP 1.0 or 2.0 are preferred. Prior experience in areas such as Learning business process redesign, learning science, curriculum design and learning analytics outcome would be an advantage.
