About Our Line of Business

Our Training & Simulation Systems business boasts close to 40 years of experience delivering innovative learning, training, and simulation solutions to defence, public safety, and enterprise domains. We envision creating a better future together through collaborative learning, training, and simulation.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be involved in developing high-fidelity models in a flight simulator. You will also design and develop software that accurately reflects the behaviour of avionics in real-life scenarios. This may involve applying different programming languages during your work. Your technical expertise will ensure seamless execution of sub-systems assigned to you.

  • Design and implement software system projects defining architecture, components, interfaces, and characteristics of an application.
  • Conduct user requirements, application development, system integration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Evaluate software attributes or capabilities through testing and determine if they meet expected results.
  • Perform quality assurance to ensure software meets customer expectations.
  • Cooperate with leads to define solutions for sub-systems.
  • Manage technical budgets to deliver solutions within specified parameters.
  • Lead technical teams.
Qualifications and Skills

We seek candidates with prior experience in system design, proficient in code management software, and possessing strong programming skills. Proficiency in English is essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Self-motivation, resilience, and composure under pressure are also crucial. Experience in system design and application development for medium to large-scale projects is an added advantage. Strong proficiency in software development, particularly in C/C++, is required.
