About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished Professor of Organisational Behaviour with a passion for teaching, research, and executive development. As a member of our faculty, you will be part of a vibrant community of thought leaders who share a commitment to excellence in education and research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching: Develop and deliver high-quality programs that cater to the needs of senior executives, incorporating innovative pedagogical approaches and cutting-edge research findings.

  • Research: Conduct rigorous and impactful research that contributes to the advancement of Organisational Behaviour knowledge, publishing in top-tier journals and books, and developing practical applications through cases, simulations, and exercises.

  • Clients Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients to identify business challenges and develop tailored solutions, leveraging your expertise to drive organisational transformation.

  • Citizenship: Contribute to peer development, institution-building, and governance, helping shape the future of our organisation and the wider academic community.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A strong track record of scholarly research, evidenced by publications in respected peer-reviewed journals and a clear vision for your research agenda.

  • Proven teaching excellence, with at least three years of experience in executive education, and a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Industry engagement or direct business experience is desirable, but not essential.

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
