We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Solutions Delivery Manager to lead our teams in designing and delivering mission-critical digital payment solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance digital payment solutions.
- Leading dynamic technical teams to ensure efficient project execution and compliance with security standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide application development and infrastructure oversight on service implementations.
- Oversee assigned book of work, conduct code reviews, and provide leadership to team members.
- Foster best practices in payment security, transaction processing, and API integration.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships within the Technology division.
- Cultivate open communication with internal and external stakeholders.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Degree in Technology related disciplines with at least 10 years of progressive working experience in a Technical Lead role.
- Industry expertise in digital payment ecosystems, including mobile applications, SDK developments, QR payments, credit cards, debit cards, and digital banking platforms.
