Senior Marketing Leader

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional to drive our online growth strategy. As Head of Online Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that attract and retain customers.

About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will oversee all aspects of online marketing, including paid channels, email marketing, SEO, onsite marketing, and data analysis. Your expertise will help us optimize our user acquisition strategies, improve conversion rates, and increase customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
2. Manage daily operations of paid channels (SEM, FB Ads, GDN, Retargeting) to scale up user acquisition while lowering CAC.
3. Optimize existing EDM campaigns through A/B testing and develop automated email campaigns to increase retention and LTV.
4. Provide technical guidance for onsite SEO improvements and ensure future developments are SEO compliant.
5. Implement offsite white-hat link building strategies to enhance domain authority.

Requirements
1. 2-3 years experience in performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce startups.
2. Hands-on experience with paid channels, email marketing, SEO, and data analysis.
3. Basic understanding of CSS, HTML, Javascript, and W3C standards.
4. Expertise in Web Analytics platforms, primarily GA.
5. Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience.
6. Ability to work independently with high proactivity and lead cross-functional initiatives.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
8. Positive, can-do attitude and driven mindset.
9. Passion for online marketing and startups.
