Key Responsibilities
  • Process Development and Improvement
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Line Sustaining Activities
    • Ensure the stability and reliability of wet process equipment and processes
    • Develop and implement corrective actions to address process deviations and quality issues
  • Recipe Development and Optimization
    • Develop and optimize wet process recipes to meet device requirements
    • Collaborate with device engineering teams to ensure process compatibility and optimization
  • Continuous Improvement and Quality
    • Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance process efficiency and quality
    • Collaborate with quality management teams to address customer inquiries and issues
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing
    • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure process knowledge and skills are shared across the organization
    • Collaborate with R&D teams to stay up-to-date with new technologies and process developments
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
    • At least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry with wet process experience
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong understanding of wet process chemistry and physics
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management tools
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree
    • Master's degree in Engineering or Science
  • Industry Certifications
    • APQP or Six Sigma certification
