Senior Audit Lead

As a seasoned Senior Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a complex and critical unit within Internal Audit. Your role will involve developing and executing a robust audit plan, directing complex audit activities for a component of the business at a regional or country level, and managing a team of Internal Audit professionals. You will also be required to deliver high-quality audit reports, validate regulatory issues, and provide business monitoring and governance committee reports.
">Key responsibilities include managing budgets, delivering audit reports, leading reviews, participating in major business initiatives, implementing integrated auditing concepts and technology, identifying solutions for complex control issues, analyzing report findings, recommending interventions, and partnering with senior leaders to develop approaches for addressing broader corporate emerging issues.
">The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a related role, relevant certifications, demonstrated successful experience in business, functional, and people management, proven ability to execute concurrently on a portfolio of high-quality deliverables according to strict timetables, and consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA))
