Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Analyst/Associate. This role will involve working on a variety of tasks, including deal underwriting, portfolio monitoring, market coverage, and special projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Underwriting: Work as part of a small deal team to diligence and execute Private Equity fund commitments as well as co-investments.
  • Portfolio Monitoring: Assist with portfolio monitoring and maintain relationships with existing fund managers and co-investments.
  • Market Coverage: Focus on India but have broad-based exposure to multiple sectors, regions, and deal archetypes within Asia Private Equity space.
  • Special Projects: Collaborate with other teams on projects related to investment portfolio, strategy, and risk.

Requirements
  • A strong academic background with 1-2 years of work experience in a top-tier investment bank, consultant firm or PE fund.
  • Excellent financial analysis and modelling skills, able to conduct comprehensive research and synthesize results.
  • Maturity, integrity, and people-skills to interact with senior professionals.
  • Strong written and communication skills; good organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task across various assignments.
  • Prior experience in India would be beneficial.
