Job Opportunity: Human Resource Coordinator">We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resource Coordinator to support our team in various HR operations.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HR systems, work pass management, and recruitment coordination. Main Responsibilities:
  • Work Pass Management: Manage the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes using HR system software.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, shortlisting, and interview scheduling for candidates.
  • Candidate Liaison: Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to arrange interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • HR Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation within the HR system.
  • General Support: Provide administrative support for general HR functions, excluding payroll tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A degree or diploma from any discipline is required. At least 2 years of relevant HR experience are necessary for this role. Prior experience handling work passes and utilizing HR systems is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this position.
