The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in logistics sales and business development across Air, Ocean, Local Transportation, and Warehousing.

  • Lead and manage logistics teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets.">
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies by region, ensuring alignment between sales efforts and strategic goals.">
  • Collaborate closely with procurement teams to align on pricing strategies and secure competitive air and ocean freight rates and capacity.">
  • Oversee sales pipeline (business opportunity inventory) across the region, ensuring active, quality leads and accurate forecasting.">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.">
  • Over 15 years of experience in the logistics industry, with deep knowledge of international freight and supply chain operations.">
  • Minimum of 5 years' proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in a global freight forwarding or logistics company.">
  • Demonstrated experience leading, directing, and managing high-performance teams within a multinational logistics environment.">
  • Familiarity with logistics IT systems such as FIS, WMS, and TMS.">
  • Strong background in logistics sales and business development across Air, Ocean, Local Transportation, and Warehousing.">
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations.">
  • Proven leadership capabilities in building and managing high-performing sales teams.">
