The Business Growth Strategist role is a critical position within our organization, focusing on driving the commercialization of new products from internal coordination to customer presentations and successful market launches. This demanding position requires exceptional communication skills, preferably with experience in FMCG, particularly within the convenience retail segment.
This key role involves coordinating product development and launch readiness across internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective decision-making. Additionally, it encompasses maintaining relationships with customers, presenting new product proposals, managing feedback, and ensuring timely follow-up.
A major aspect of this position is sourcing new products and evaluating their commercial feasibility, covering sample testing, pricing, packaging, and market trends. Furthermore, building relationships with suppliers to ensure responsiveness, reliability, and alignment with project requirements is essential.
The Business Growth Strategist will conduct market research, including competitor analysis, pricing benchmarks, and product insights. This information will be used to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
To succeed in this challenging role, applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are necessary for success in this position. Commercial awareness, self-motivation, and proactivity in identifying and solving business challenges are also highly valued.
In addition to these qualifications, proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) is required, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in market research, FMCG, and food manufacturing are significant advantages in this role.
