About the RoleThis position analyzes and supports the hotel's results and performance in various revenue streams (Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Boutique) and recommends strategies based on data trends and market changes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Revenue Management Operations to drive optimal financial performance.
- Daily review of room rate strategies for revenue optimization.
- Ensure efficient distribution of rates and inventory across various market segments.
- Maintain daily communication between Reservations and Front Office colleagues regarding inventory and sell strategies.
- Support different revenue streams by extracting and analyzing sales figures.
- Audit and process Group reservations accurately.
- Optimize F&B reservations daily for maximum revenue potential.
- Collaborate with revenue teams to achieve budget and forecast expectations.
- Monitor market and competitor performance, pricing, and availability.
- Develop rates, promotions, packages, and selling strategies to increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with Best Price Guarantee and manage third-party distributors effectively.
