Manufacturing Process Optimization Lead

Job Summary:

Copeland is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations and drive productivity improvements through process optimization initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating the optimization of processes to reduce waste and lead time, while ensuring a zero-defect system and eliminating workflow interruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of production operations to fulfill customer orders on time and meet business goals.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste and lead time, and drive efficiency and speed improvements through digitalization and automation initiatives.
  • Accountable for inventory accuracy in production WIP and finished goods, and ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results.
  • Provide backup support to production supervisors to implement accurate and timely completion of work orders.
  • Responsible for maintaining high safety and quality standards, and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements:

  • Minimum years of working experience in a manufacturing and warehousing company.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Lean and SPC tools, or Oracle business system, is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Production, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
  • Experience in process optimization and improvement initiatives.
