As a leader in therapy services, this role plays a pivotal part within the Allied Professional Hub, overseeing operational efficiency and strategic direction.

This position leads a team of therapists and psychologists, working closely with the Director to review initiatives, ensure quality delivery, monitor administration, manage resources, and foster collaboration for better client outcomes.


Critical Work Functions

• Ensure Operational Efficiency and Service Quality
• Develop work plans that align with organisational goals
• Implement quality assurance measures to adhere to service standards and performance indicators
• Monitor program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for continuous enhancement.
• Uplift Professional Practice in Therapy Services
• Lead the AP Team for a collaborative approach to therapeutic planning, intervention, and evaluation

Caseload Management:
Manage the caseload of therapists and psychologists as per guidelines and work plans. Endorse revisions in consultation with the Director when changes are required.
Manage Change
Support strategic initiatives that advance group outcomes and contribute to overall strategies for achieving the mission and vision. Regularly review and revise strategies in response to internal and external developments.
People Development
Support the cultivation of values, vision, and mission within the team. Work with Clinical Leads to develop structures and processes for professional and personal development. Ensure monitoring and supervision meet governing body standards.
Job Requirements
Recognised degree or Master's in relevant discipline. Registered with AHPC or Singapore Psychological Society. Minimum 12 years' post-qualification experience, preferably in SPED settings. Demonstrated ability in administering programs and managing teams.
