Sales and Marketing Supervisor

BizChamp International College PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing activities, managing a team, and ensuring the execution of strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and guide the sales and marketing team in daily operations to achieve targets.
- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing and sales strategies to boost college admissions and business partnerships.
- Collaborate with the management team to establish monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and competitor activity to provide insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Organize and participate in marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, and online promotions.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing content for digital platforms (website, social media, etc.).
- Ensure that the sales team adheres to policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Prepare reports on sales metrics and progress, presenting findings to senior management.
- Train and mentor the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Collaborate with the product and academic teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget and track the return on investment (ROI) for campaigns.
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, social media, email marketing).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the education or training sector.
- Knowledge of local market trends and industry-specific challenges.
- Familiarity with government funding schemes and compliance for educational institutions.
