Customer Value Enhancement Specialist

About the Role
The Customer Value Enhancement Specialist will focus on establishing strong relationships with customers to ensure they realize the full value of Autodesk products and services. This involves developing and executing onboarding and adoption strategies to drive growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive high-level customer satisfaction and experience by identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Partner with sales teams and technical support to resolve customer activation and onboarding issues.
- Assist customers in developing strategies to meet their business goals.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive continued retention and high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and education.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
