We are seeking a skilled Talent Strategist to join our team, where you will work with clients to understand their digital strategy and transformation agenda.

  1. Develop industry-leading experiences across a broad range of products and services
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and conceptualize how to help clients dominate their respective business areas
  3. Analyze discrete data sets and create client-ready presentations and prototypes

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Senior Consultants and Managers to conduct research, interpret results and make recommendations.

As a leader, you will be empowered to drive innovation and lead change within our organization. You will connect our purpose and shared values to identify issues and make an impact that matters to our clients, people and the communities we serve.

Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant business, economics, design or human psychology discipline
  • At least 4 years of strategy experience
  • Proven experience with business analysis, research and requirements gathering

You will thrive in this role if you have a blend of both strategic and creative skills, articulating a point of view in both verbal and written form.
