Backend Engineer for Automated Testing Infrastructure

We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing and implementing automated testing infrastructure that supports all TikTok products. This role involves building testing frameworks, standards, and related tools and platforms to enhance developer productivity and security.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated testing infrastructure for API, UI, and Web automation across all TikTok products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and support continuous deployment and telemetry systems.
- Make strategic technology choices impacting developer workflow, security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Contribute to the curation and prioritization of the team roadmap.
- Foster close collaboration with teammates in business orgs to solve problems and ensure infrastructure evolves with products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in computer science or a related technical discipline with 5+ years' industry experience;
- Experience working with Java/C++/Python/Golang;
- Experience in one or more of the following: private or public cloud, backend architecture, CI/CD system, testing infrastructure.
