Job Description:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will be instrumental in designing, training, and refining AI models that drive skill development, career pathing, and culture analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support data gathering, cleansing, annotation, and ethical sourcing for pilot projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze user testing feedback to enhance AI-driven features and improve overall user experience.
- Collaborate with the product, engineering, and design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Research and stay updated on the latest AI, ML, and data science trends relevant to workforce and HR tech.
- Develop intelligent algorithms for personalized recommendations, such as learning paths, career fits, and cultural insights.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI modules into the mobile/web platform and optimize UX flows.
- Conduct compliance checks around data security, privacy, and ethical AI use.
- Present findings and progress to internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and curiosity for understanding human-centered AI applications.
- Passion for building ethical and empowering technology that aligns with our vision of "AI that amplifies, not overshadows, human potential."
