Director of Mental Wellness Strategies

About the Role:
SINGAPORE HEALTH SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a highly skilled Director of Mental Wellness Strategies to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and management skills to lead the development and implementation of staff mental wellness initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for envisioning and formulating short, medium, and long-term strategies aimed at reducing mental health stigma and increasing awareness on mental wellbeing. They will work closely with the Group Director of Staff Wellness to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of staff mental wellness initiatives and programs.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and at least 12 years of experience in healthcare or a related field. They must possess strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and influencing skills. Self-motivation and a strong ability to influence others are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement staff mental wellness initiatives and programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives and programs
- Lead the development of frameworks, programs, and initiatives to support staff mental wellbeing
- Organise special mental wellbeing-focused events and activities to facilitate awareness building and capacity development amongst staff
- Integrate and harmonize staff mental wellness policies, systems, and processes across the cluster
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with at least 12 years of experience in healthcare or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Self-motivated and strong influencer
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
