Supply Chain Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Leader to oversee end-to-end logistics and warehouse activities, ensuring processes meet client needs, company objectives, and compliance standards.

  • The ideal candidate will lead and develop warehouse and customer support teams, fostering strong coordination with clients and cross-functional partners.
  • They will track KPIs, drive cost efficiencies, implement suitable initiatives, and leverage technology to boost productivity.
  • Responsibilities also include managing P&L for operations, controlling costs, growing revenue from existing accounts, and successfully onboarding new customers.
Requirements
  • A degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related area is required, along with hands-on experience using warehouse management systems and related tools.
  • The successful candidate should have over five years of experience managing logistics functions in a 3PL or contract logistics setting, combined with strong people leadership capabilities.
  • Adept at overseeing end-to-end operations while driving cost efficiency, tracking financial performance, and preparing reports.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential, with a focus on solving challenges, improving processes, and delivering measurable results.
