Customer Service Representative Job
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our front office team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures, and maintaining a positive working environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and courteous service to guests
  • Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills and provide personalized support
  • Collect payments for hotel accommodations and additional services
  • Maintain accurate billing and payment records
  • Utilize computer systems for guest check-in, reservations, and record-keeping

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a secondary education certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of front office working experience preferred
  • Pleasant and well-groomed appearance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy interacting with guests and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays (9–12 hours)
  • A good team player, able to work independently and under pressure
