Job Description

Lead Retail and Commerce Strategy and Transformation initiatives for Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits. Utilize data analysis and strategic services to inform major business decisions and drive growth.

Combine management consulting with Mastercard's data assets and technology platforms to deliver insights and recommendations across various industries including banking, payments, retail, and restaurants.

Specialize in one of five areas: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, or Program Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engagements in the Retail and Commerce sectors.
  • Develop compelling narratives and presentations for new business pitches.
  • Collaborate with business development for effective market entry and value delivery.
  • Manage relationships with mid to senior client stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies leveraging data and technology to unlock client value.

Additional responsibilities include guiding teams, mentoring junior consultants, and promoting skill development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with experience in consulting, strategy, business intelligence, or product management.

Experience in retail, e-commerce, or related consultancy preferred.

Proven ability to manage teams and client relationships.

Knowledge of KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.

Skills in problem-solving, numerical analysis, and communication.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
