Automotive Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring that all vehicles are serviced to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, including scheduling, inventory management, and personnel supervision.
- Ensure that all vehicles are serviced in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of the workshop and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Diploma or relevant certification in a field such as automotive repair or engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Technical knowledge of vehicles and diagnostic tools.
- A Class 3 driving license is required.
