Job Title: Expert Backend Developer & DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced backend developer and DevOps engineer to join our team. As a key member of our corporate tooling team, you will play a pivotal role in process automation, re-engineering complex processes, and developing solutions critical to the efficiency and effectiveness of our banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements, document, design, and implement solutions for internal projects
  • Enforce technical quality in all aspects of project delivery, adhering to Waterfall/Agile best practices and methods
  • Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects to ensure application solutions comply with established enterprise standards
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures and System Architecture Guides
  • Ensure systems built conform to requirements, principles, and models supporting the solution architecture overall roadmap

Requirements:

  • At least 10+ years of experience in technical hands-on development and implementation
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with strong education in web technologies
  • Experience in supporting large-scale, highly available applications or large project implementation
  • Experience working on Linux/Unix platforms, Shell scripting, and Dev-Ops concepts
  • Experience with Python/Django based backend frameworks and source control tools
