Job Overview

The Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating seamless communication and coordination between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction. As the primary point of contact for patients, you will manage their care journey from appointment scheduling to follow-up, maintaining a compassionate and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Communication: Serve as the main liaison for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of provider availability and patient convenience.
  • Insurance Credit Advice: Advise patients on best options related to managing insurance policies for medical treatment.
  • Insurance and Billing Support: Assist patients with insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and billing inquiries, coordinating with the billing department as needed.
  • Follow-Up Care: Monitor patient progress, schedule follow-up appointments, and ensure adherence to treatment plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • 'Fresh' A level, diploma, or university graduates can apply.
  • 1 year of clerical, secretarial, or office experience is an added advantage.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
