Job Description:
As a Credit Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and ensuring timely payment of debts. Your primary responsibility will be to follow up on aging debts from customers via phone calls, emails or letters. You will also coordinate with internal and external debt collectors on the statement of outstanding payments.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on all aging debts from customers
  • Coordinate with internal and external debt collectors
  • Generate AR Statement of accounts and prepare AR aging analysis
  • Monitor credit limits for customers and report delinquent accounts

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
