We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our team at SINGHEALTH POLYCLINICS. As a Psychologist, you will play a vital role in promoting equitable access to psychological care and building the psychology services in primary care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychological assessments using validated tools such as GAD-7, PHQ9, and other mental health questionnaires.
  • Apply theoretical and professional knowledge to formulate effective psychological interventions and select appropriate therapeutic approaches.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions using appropriate outcome measurements.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Design and conduct mental health-related workshops and training programs.
  • Support the SHP Staff Support program in providing training to staff and Peer Supporters.
  • Participate in quality improvement or research projects.
Requirements:
  • Masters of Clinical or Counselling Psychology or other relevant postgraduate qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related setting is an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) as a Registered Psychologist.
