Job Title: Business Analysis Specialist

This role is responsible for translating business needs into effective IT solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and a strong focus on value enhancement.

  • Business Need Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis by engaging with diverse stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, current processes, and pain points.
  • Requirements Engineering:
    • Translate complex business problems into clear, comprehensive, and actionable functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Process Improvement & Optimization:
    • Proactively identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas ripe for improvement, designing optimized future-state processes leveraging technology and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 5+ years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role within an IT environment.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience working in F&B environment (Simphony Cloud experience an advantage).
