  • Operational Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the smooth running of designated outlets.
    • Manage and oversee the operational teams to ensure they are meeting their targets and objectives.
  • Manpower Planning and Recruitment
    • Develop and implement manpower plans to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
    • Recruit and hire high-performing team members to join the operational teams.
  • Employee Development and Engagement
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of operational team members.
    • Lead and motivate the operational teams to achieve their targets and objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
