- Familiarize with reliability process procedure.
- Assist in evaluating and improving processes, materials, and/or equipment.
- Identify, investigate, and document process deviations.
- Solve process deviations using systematic fixing techniques.
- Solve process problems and determine the best course of action.
- Assist engineer with process developments.
- Monitor metrics associated to process capability and robustness.
- Support development/improvement of process, equipment, and/or material.
- Assist engineer in conducting experiments (DOE) and summarize data collected under proper documentation and presentation materials.
- Understand factors that impact process quality and propose solutions.
- Understand process limits and capabilities (CpK) and support process improvement evaluations.
Diploma in Engineering (preferably Electric & Electronics, Mechanical or Chemical).
Basic knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing and package reliability stresses.
2 or more years of relevant experience in related fields will be preferred.
