Job Title: Beauty Aesthetician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Aesthetician to join our team at STRATEGY SOLUTIONS SERVICES. As a Beauty Aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional facial services to our customers, promoting the sale of products, and driving online sales through social media activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality facial services to customers, ensuring a personalized and relaxing experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase product sales, including promoting our brand and products on social media.
  • Meet and exceed personal and cabin sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare trends and products, providing expert advice to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain at the forefront of the industry.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Ensure all visual merchandising and display areas are maintained to the highest standard, reflecting our brand image.
  • Uphold our brand's values and image, adhering to our grooming and uniform guidelines at all times.
  • Accurately record and manage stock levels, reporting any discrepancies to the Store In-charge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the beauty industry.
  • CIBTAC or CIDESCO Certification is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in online or social media sales is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work as part of a team.
  • A friendly, outgoing, and pleasant personality, with a high regard for personal grooming.
  • Willingness to work a roster-based retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
