Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Category Management professional to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, Category Management, you will play a key role in driving the category across all KPIs, implementing global strategies in a locally relevant way, and ensuring alignment with multi-season category strategies.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Owning SEA and country-level range selection and seasonal forecasts for assigned categories, ensuring timely product introductions across SEA and aligned local market strategies
  • Managing article phasing (RID/RED) for assigned categories to ensure smooth operational execution and timely product introductions
  • Participating in in-season trading activities, monitoring sell-out performance, and collaborating with channels to optimize results
  • Ensuring range management systems (HL/MDC) are updated with accurate country and cluster information, ensuring smooth operational execution
  • Performing category analysis including sell-thru, forecasting, pricing corridor & segmentation compliance, etc.
  • Participating and supporting sample ordering milestones
  • Supporting pricing and promotional strategies, markdowns, and clearance plans in line with EM guidance and market dynamics
  • Providing local consumer, market, and competitor insights to the EM hub, helping shape broader category strategies
  • Collaborating with all departments to support E2E deliverables, system set up, and campaign deliverables
  • Supporting Senior Manager in Pre- & In-season tasks such as data collection, workshop planning, sample management, reporting, and special projects
  • Supporting broader brand team with GTM process

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to advance skills in MS Office, especially for Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make fact-based recommendations and decisions
  • Commercial acumen and keen interest in a broad range of sports
  • Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Organized and process-oriented
  • Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail
  • Confident presenter to a large audience in-person or virtually
