Job Description

The Senior Application Developer plays a pivotal role in driving the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs, collaborating closely with the Technology team.

Key objectives include leading applications systems analysis and programming activities, ensuring seamless integration with various management teams to meet business goals, and identifying necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with multiple teams to ensure effective integration of functions and identify required system enhancements.
  • Resolving high-impact problems and projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
  • Providing expertise in applications programming and ensuring application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
  • Developing comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish business goals.
  • Providing in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in Applications Development or systems analysis roles.
  • Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
  • Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
