Job Overview

Job Description
  • Lead the development and oversight of Mandai Wildlife Group's strategy and efforts on ecosystem and landscape conservation.
  • Identify priority landscapes for focus on ecosystems linked to wildlife priorities and opportunity to engage with communities.
  • Enable project and research links between nature and climate change, developing and delivering nature-based solutions (NBS) for climate.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Environmental Science / Management, Forest Management, or equivalent, and at least 15 years of relevant experience in conservation in ecosystem protection at a landscape level.

Key qualifications include experience and knowledge of carbon markets especially NBS, good understanding of the threats to ecosystems, including engaging with corporate value chains, proven track record of delivering projects on the ground, and strong base in research and analytics.
