Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Support Specialist to join our team. In this one-year contract role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration and Management: Assist in maintaining and customizing the Slate database, including designing and updating application forms, automations, and portals for applicants and staff to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Support for CRM & Other Technologies: Support CRM and related technological systems as needed, including helping with configuration, troubleshooting, and system implementation after the initial Slate setup.
  • Data Management: Support data imports, exports, cleansing, and ensure smooth integration with campus systems such as the Student Information System (SIS).
