Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a skilled project leader to manage our project team and deliver high-quality projects on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to achieve efficient project delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day project operations to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Supervise workers and subcontractors to maintain good quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project safety systems and ISO standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and consultants to clarify requirements and plan projects.
  • Prepare site progress reports and participate in daily site meetings.
  • Identify and resolve site issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in relevant fields, with at least 10 years of project management experience.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities and motivation.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
