Job Title: Technology Visionary for Radio and Satellite Innovation

We are seeking a highly experienced technology leader to drive our company's technological vision and strategies in radio and satellite innovation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement technology roadmaps that support the production and delivery of projects and programs.
  • Lead and champion the product development function across departments.
  • Work closely with product managers and development teams to define and execute product strategies.
  • Drive the lifecycle of hardware products, particularly in communications, radio, and satellite terminals-from conception through to market delivery and sustainment.
  • Ensure alignment of product development with market needs, customer requirements, and business growth goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with a strong background in product development and management of hardware products.
  • Proven experience in communications technologies (radio, satellite, cellular) is highly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of product management frameworks and lifecycle management.
