AI Research Specialist

A Research Fellow position is available to develop innovative AI solutions for real-world applications.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in multimodal data processing and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in working with transformers, foundation models, and generative models.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing parameter-efficient fine-tuning techniques to adapt foundation models for downstream applications such as climate science, remote sensing image intelligent interpretation, and natural disaster response.
Qualifications- Substantial experience in multimodal data processing and AI technologies.
- Strong programming and data analysis skills with proficiency in Python and high-performance computing.
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed IEEE journals on image processing and computer vision related conferences.
- A Ph.D. degree in relevant fields such as remote sensing, image processing, or computer vision.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
