Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective rail asset maintenance strategies aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Engineering or Project Management, preferably with tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: 5-10+ years in rail maintenance or a similar engineering environment, with proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of maintenance strategies, permit-to-work systems, and statutory compliance, skilled in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety legislation interpretation.

A strong leader with organisational capabilities is essential to drive team performance and continuous improvement in this role.
